The chin piece comes off and has compartments that you slip natural menthol crystals into. These compartments have vents that are just below each nostril... now every breath will be rewarded with soothing menthol.

*These natural menthol crystals that are made from (Mentha arvensis) essential oil extraction. Menthol is the solid constituent of oil of mint, which is where the scent comes from.
Menthol is obtained by the distilled oil brought to a temperature of -22ºC; the menthol crystallizes into beautiful crystals. They dissolve readily into alcohol or essential oils, and they can be dissolved into water or oil at their melting point of 111.2ºF.
Menthol crystals smell amazing! They are are cooling, refreshing, and have a pleasantly strong minty aroma.
They have even been used in throat lozenges, cosmetics, balms and salves, oral sprays, toothpaste, mouthwash, gum, foot sprays, pain relief products, shampoos, conditioners, lineaments. Menthol crystals are very concentrated.
Extraction Method: Crystallized quick frozen
Crystal Size: 1/4-3/8 inch shards
Melting Point: Approximately 111 degrees Fahrenheit
Precautions: Menthol crystals if applied directly to the skin may cause irritation to skin or mucous membranes. If used in tea or melted than used in food product, you only need a tiny small amount. Do not consume large amounts.
