Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges


We understand some items may not be the best option for you, BUT if a product is not what you would like, we do not cover shipping costs for sending the product back to us, unless it's truly faulty upon receiving it.

All products are HANDMADE so no 2 will be the same! :) 

You may return unopened or barely used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or up to 90 days for exchange or store credit. Anything returned after 90 days, will not be returnable. 

If your items get returned and is deemed in less than new condition, they will be returned to you at no charge. We reserve the right to refuse items that are deemed used. This applies to wholesale customers and retail customers.

(Please note exceptions can be made depending on circumstances as we understand things do happen in this wonderful journey called life!)

If you have received a defective item, contact us within 30 days with the order number handy for a return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund as we know mistakes happen and would LOVE to make things right! :)

Items that have come apart are not covered by any warranty unless it is within the 30 days of receiving the items. We do offer solutions to fix products that come apart outside our 30 day timeframe :)


Please include your name, address, phone number, order number, the representative you spoke with and if there are any requests/refunds that you would like to have. We will look at every return individually and proceed accordingly. You will be contacted by email or call from a VibesUP representative once we have evaluated your request.  If you are eligible for a refund, expect the refund to show on your bank account within 2-4 business days of processing. This policy applies to retail and wholesale customers, shipping fees are not subject to refund.





When an order is placed, shipping estimates will be pulled directly from the shipping provider and price will vary on distance traveled, weight and volume of the package.  Typically, once your package has been shipped, it will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive. If you are located out of the country, it can take 2+ weeks to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees, taxes and or restrictions on a package and not liable for shipping delays due to Customs or Holiday seasons.


Your package will usually leave our office within 2-3 business days. Please be aware that we hand make all of our products and if there is a sale/package or you are ordering during the holiday season or big coupons, it can take up to 1-6 weeks to ship your package out.


When your purchase is finalized, you will get a confirmation email and a tracking number when it ships. From there, you will be able to track where your package is. Most of the time with tracking issues, we can see only what the tracking information shows, so please contact your post office as well before contacting us if there are any issues. 


Once a package leaves this country, we can no longer track it through our system. If you are located out of this country and would like to track your package, please contact your local post to see if they can track it for you.
