Returns 

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have received a defective item, contact us for a return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

Please include your name, address, phone number, order number, the representative you spoke with and if there are any requests/refunds that you would like to have. We will look at every return individually and proceed accordingly. You will be contacted by email or call from a VibesUP representative once we have evaluated your request.  If you are eligible for a refund, expect the refund to show on your bank account within 2-4 business days of processing. 

 

 

Shipping

When an order is placed, shipping estimations will be pulled directly from USPS and price will vary on distance traveled, weight and volume of the package.  Typically, once your package has been shipped, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. If you are located out of the country, it can take 2 + weeks to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and or restrictions on a product and not liable for shipping delays due to Customs or Holiday seasons.

 

Your package will usually leave our office within 2 business days. Please be aware that we hand make all of our products and if there is a sale/package or you are ordering during the holiday season, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship your package out.

 

When your purchase is finalized, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number from Stamps.com. From there, you will be able to track where your package is. Once a package leaves this country, we can no longer track it through our system. If you are located out of this country and would like to track your package, please contact your local post to see if they can track it for you.  

 

All packages are now insured! If you receive a package damaged or if your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS to receive compensation.
