We are excited to announce our new 'Kindness Policy' for our international customers!
We want to help make VibesUP easy for those all around the world by helping with the extra cost of shipping and also with customs taxes that some countries may charge. Even though these charges are not our doing, we feel good about stepping forward to help our customers in this area.
GREAT NEWS! To help make up for these costs we will be gifting 20% of what was spent, minus shipping, on these orders back to the international customer in the form of extra VibesUP goods. Simply put "international VIP me" in the comment box during checkout. The surprises can be left up to us to intuitively choose or the customer may choose their own items for the gifts in the comment box as long as they are not large or bulky to create an impact on the shipping, but the choices are not guaranteed and cannot be exchanged once received. This cannot be redeemed on items that are on sale or offer a special price, it will be based on the retail value for the gift.
For Clarity on Customs: The VALUE of ORDER will be what was actually paid WITHOUT the shipping costs. If you bought your products for less than retail value the customs value will be noted as the lower price of what you actually paid, minus shipping. It will NOT be the higher before discount price. The consumer is responsible and authorizes liability for paying all customs fee and or taxes associated with receiving any products depending on countries own regulations. Once a package leaves this country, we can no longer track it through our system. If you are located out of this country and would like to track your package, please contact your local post to see if they can track it for you.
