Peace- Lemon Balm, Valerian, Spearmint, Passion Flower
Sunrise- Green Tea, Ashwaganda, Yerba Mate, Spearmint, Gotu Kola
Sweet Dreams- Chamomile, Orange Peel, Lavender Petals, Cinnamon, Gotu Kola, Licorice
Directions: 2-3 Tsp in hot water for 8-10 minutes. Strain herbs and add sweetener of choice. Enjoy hot or iced.
